My girlfriend and I have historically gone to the Gatlinburg area two or three times a year to recoup in a mountain cabin. We had many experiences renting mountain cabins, most positive and some leaving us without a warm and fuzzy feeling. We have rented from a number of cabin brokers and have found that the broker makes a large difference. We just returned today from a rental named Sweet Serenity.

Most of the time you only hear from people when there is a problem, but this time it was such a positive experience we wanted you to know about it. We called your office just one day before leaving Ohio and talked with a lady named Kimberly, she has polite, positive, and located a cabin that was everything we asked for. When checking in we were helped in a polite and quick manner. But the kicker was at the cabin, it was clean and everything worked! It was obvious that some one had been there before us and checked the details.

I am in the rental business in Ohio and continue to look for ways to improve my rental delivery and grade others on their performance. We wanted you to know you scored one hundred percent with us. We are planning a return trip in November and have decided not to even shop other brokers

We gathered a list of cabins from your office that meets our criteria and will reserve our cabin within the next couple of weeks. We just wanted you to know you are doing a great job and you have earned our business. We think you are a leader in your industry.

We recently stayed in "A Night To Remember" with some family and had a great time. The cabin was beautiful and very convenient to a lot of attractions/shopping.

I just wanted to write a short note to tell you how wonderful I thought your facilities were.  I stayed in the Fifty Mile View cabin October 18 - 21.  I found your accommodation very comfortable and appealing.  We were able to have a vacation with our pets for the first time!!!!  We had requested a crate when we put in our reservations and a crate was not available upon arrival.  To my surprise your facility went a bought a new crate!!! I was very pleased on how well we were treated.   Thank you so much we had a wonderful time.

Just a note to say thank you for a great weekend in the First Love Cabin. My wife and I stayed in the First Love Cabin this weekend to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was just great! Clean Cabin, comfortable bed, relaxing hot tub an all around great stay. Only negative was there was just two wash cloths for the whole weekend and we had to go to the office to get more. Other than that no complaints. We will be back!
